Native Americans are inspired by their rich cultural history and the traditions of art, dance, community, and cuisine that have been carefully handed down for generations.

This print depicts a squash plant as a maiden with her hair made up in the traditional Hopi squash blossom hairstyle. A matted 10" long and 8" wide print.

Dalton James is a self-taught artist from Hopi Pueblo, and is a member of the Tobacco Clan from the village of Hotevilla in northeastern Arizona.
