Stephan Lonjose Marble Snake Fetish Carving

Shown in a coiled position, this beautiful snake carving was handcrafted by Zuni Pueblo artist Stephan Lonjose using marble. In Zuni Pueblo culture the snake symbolizes life, death, and rebirth and through this piece Lonjose showcases his ability as a skilled carver allowing the natural shape of the stone to take form.

Carving measures 1-7/8" long and 1-3/8" wide, stands 1-3/4" tall. Comes with certificate of authenticity.
