A striking and unique handcrafted jar by Myron Sarracino, Laguna Pueblo potter known for his brilliant revival of ancient Mogollon and Mimbres styles. Created in the black-on-white polychrome technique and using designs dating back to the 17th century, this elegant work features abstract swirl and triangular patterns found on historic pieces. The geometric designs on the jar represent snow, rain, night and day. The rim is painted with a simple banded design which bring the bold patterns and pops of color together. In this beautiful timeless bowl Sarracino pays homage to the traditions and art forms of his ancestors. He has created a large modern masterpiece that will bring the spirituality and beauty of Pueblo pottery into your home.

Bowl measures 12-1/2" long and wide, stands 10-1/" tall. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Myron Sarracino also participate in Indian Pueblo Store's original Pueblo Pottery Mug project.   Check out his unique representation of Laguna Pueblo pottery.
