Denise Chavarria Black on Black Carved Bowl

This highly polished carved bowl was handcrafted by Denise Chavarria of Santa Clara Pueblo and features feather designs atop with additional geometric details around the bowl. Denise is a fourth-generation potter and is highly regarded in the world of Pueblo pottery. Made with all-natural materials gathered within the Santa Clara Pueblo, Denise has used the outdoor "total reduction" firing process to achieve the signature black finish Santa Clara is known for. Of heirloom quality, this is sure to be a cherished piece of any collection.
