This detailed bowl was created by Jemez Pueblo artist Teri Cajero.
Teri is known for etched designs, which often incorporate elements of nature and traditional patterns. She is the daughter of famed potters Aaron Cajero and Anita Cajero.
Through the sgraffito technique of superfine etching of the pottery's surface‚ detailed designs emerge without patterns or templates.
